The fish market at the Old Port nearby and the orchards of the hinterland provide an inexhaustible source of inspiration for our summer menu.

Garden tomatoes, zucchini flowers, and summer truffles highlight grilled octopus, smoked eggplant, and fresh goat cheese. Starters are meant to be shared, main courses savored, and desserts are simply irresistible. In the "dining room"—an open-air experience here—amidst a ballet of colorful plates, you'll discover our two signature rituals: the salt-crusted bar revealed at the table and the "minute tiramisu," where the precision of the preparation adds both indulgence and spectacle.
