Welcome to the Mimosa restaurant & bar: plates are shared, the bar comes alive in the evening, and the sumptuous terrace shows off its finest finery on sunny days.

A sunny atmosphere in the bar and restaurant: The grandiose, lived-in decor, the precise ballet of the team and the demanding dishes are the ingredients of a new French art de vivre: contemporary and breathtaking.




Mimosa combines three key words:
nature, pleasure and sunshine.

For Chef Jean-François Piège, "Mimosa is an ode to the Riviera, to France, to its exceptional products, its heritage and its identity. And there's nothing artificial, complicated or overwhelming about it!

The idea of a table du soleil, celebrating Mediterranean cuisine, which I love but hadn't yet had the chance to try, quickly took hold.





At Mimosa, good times are shared, just as much as good food. On the menu, everything is carefully thought out to be shared, and to enjoy a sunny, full and colorful table.

Haute cuisine and haute ambiance: the Riviera spirit embodied best of all by the menu signed Jean-François Piège. "Chez Mimosa is the kind of cuisine I like to eat, the kind that makes the sun shine and joie de vivre sparkle with every bite, like a permanent summer! ".

Every evening, the atmosphere changes and the lights dim, with a livelier second service.

A veritable rendezvous for cocktail lovers and Parisian night owls, the Mimosa bar comes alive every evening with a range of tapas to share and colorful signature cocktails.

From Saint Tropez to the Italian Riviera, via Nice and Menton, the Côte d'Azur is renowned for its specialties and the quality of its produce: the promise is kept right up to the bar, with inspired cocktails and an assured musical ambience.

from 12h to 14h and in the evening from 19h00 to 23h,
in 2 courses.

Mimosa's brunch is served continuously from 11.30am to 4pm, offering everyone the opportunity for an early morning farniente with the family, or an early brunch for the early risers, to elegantly savor Chef Piège's cheerful and generous Mediterranean cuisine.

The menu features a variety of starters and desserts, to choose from at the counter, combining revisited classics from the menu, and unique creations by Jean François Piège dedicated to the Mimosa Brunch.
