Mimosa combines three key words:
nature, pleasure and sunshine.

For Chef Jean-François Piège, "Mimosa is an ode to the Riviera, to France, to its exceptional products, its heritage and its identity. And there's nothing artificial, complicated or overwhelming about it!

The idea of a table du soleil, celebrating Mediterranean cuisine, which I love but hadn't yet had the chance to try, quickly took hold.

At Mimosa, moments are meant to be experienced as much as the cuisine itself. The menu is thoughtfully crafted to offer a radiant experience, set around a sunlit table that is generous and full of color.

Elevated cuisine meets vibrant ambiance: the Riviera spirit comes to life through the menu designed by Jean-François Piège. “At Mimosa, it’s the kind of cuisine I love to eat — the kind that, with every bite, makes the sun and the joy of living sparkle, like a never-ending summer.”

Each evening, the atmosphere evolves as the lights dim, giving way to a more lively second service.

THE BAR

Rendez-vous Riviera at Mimosa Bar

Every day from 5:30 pm to 8 pm, as the desire for a drink begins to set in, the Riviera Rendez-vous takes place at the Mimosa bar.

To awaken the appetite, a selection of Mediterranean small plates is available, offering sun-filled and flavorful creations.

Chef Jean-François Piège’s dishes can be enjoyed at the bar, in a relaxed atmosphere that gradually shifts into a more intimate and lively evening setting, accompanied by a signature cocktail, with or without alcohol, crafted by our bartenders.

Monday to Wednesday
from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Thursday to Saturday
from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and in the evening from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm,
in two sittings.
