Mimosa combines three key words: nature, pleasure and sunshine.

For Chef Jean-François Piège, “Mimosa is an ode to the Riviera, to France, to its exceptional produce, its heritage and its identity. And for that, nothing artificial, complicated or overwhelming! Very quickly, the idea of a sun-drenched table celebrating Mediterranean cuisine took shape, a style of cooking I love but had not yet had the opportunity to explore.”
