All week long, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm, as the evening aperitif beckons, join us for the Riviera Rendez-vous at the Mimosa Bar.

Discover a menu of small, gourmet Mediterranean plates, full of sunshine and flavour.

Chef Jean-François Piège’s creations can be enjoyed at the bar in a relaxed evening atmosphere, accompanied by a signature cocktail, with or without alcohol, crafted by our bartenders.
